Can I have my ironing back sooner than 24 hours?

Yes if you are local to our office

I work funny hours – what happens if I am working during your collection and delivery times?

A

We are happy to hold a key to your property, which will be locked securely in a safe at a separate premises to our office. The key will not have your name or any other details written on it. It will be given a code and the code generated will be saved on a separate spreadsheet on the works main computer and will be password protected.

Most of my clothes will need hanging up after ironing. Will I have to supply my own hangers and if not, will it cost me more?

A

We are happy to present your clothes back to you the way that suits your needs. We supply clothes hangers so you do not have to.

Q

I am allergic to animal hairs. Can you please tell me if your premises are pet free?

A

Absolutely – all premises are animal and smoke free.

Q

How do I pay for the ironing service?

A

Each time your ironing is returned back to you, there will be an invoice attached. You can either pay cash or cheque each time or we are more than happy to invoice you monthly.
