Free pick-up and delivery
Iron Maids collect and deliver by appointment from Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. You will see our vans all around mid and west Kent and also into parts of Sussex. To schedule a regular or one off pick-up please call 01622 870111 and we will usually be able to pick up either the same day or next day.
Regular and casual collections
Iron Maids offer weekly or fortnightly regular collections so that you can rest assured knowing that there is one less job to do. We also cater for spur of the moment collections; our flexible booking system means that we can schedule collections at short notice. We collect by appointment, so you can still plan your day and we can also hold keys.
Standard two day turnaround
Iron Maids operate a fast and flexible 2 working day service that fits in with your working week. All items are returned cleaned, pressed and hung or folded, as appropriate and as per your instructions. We cover larger items such as curtains, bedding and soft furnishings, please see our price list for further details. If an item that you wish to be cleaned is not on our price lists please call the office on 01622 870111 and our friendly staff will be pleased to help.
Alteration and repair service
Iron Maids alteration and repair service is available for alterations from clothing to curtains, from repairing a hole in a jumper to replacing a zip or sewing in name tags. When booking we will give you an estimated return time, depending on the type of repair.
Our guarantee
We promise to return your items, pressed to your satisfaction or we will collect, re-launder and deliver again at no extra cost.
Fully Insured
Whilst your ironing is with us it is fully insured, door to door and back again. This means that in the unlikely event an item is damaged whilst in our care, from the moment we pick it up until the moment it comes back to you we will cover the cost of replacing that item.

Iron Maids work from a dedicated, professionally equipped premises, which is both smoke and pet free as are all our vehicles.
Secure key holding
If your life demands that you are not able to meet us for collections and deliveries we are fully insured to hold keys. Our staff are vetted and the keys are kept coded and secure at all times.
A personal service to you
Iron Maids take our customer's satisfaction very seriously. We automatically return all items hung or folded and wrapped, as appropriate, but if you like all your items folded ready to pop back in the drawer or like your jumpers hung, but your trousers folded please let us know when you book.
Scotchguarding is available for soft furnishings if requested at the time of booking, but will take one extra day to clean.
For regular customers we keep this information to hand so that your ironing comes back to you just the way you like it, every time.
